How long for my EU online order to arrive?

We quote 3 – 5 working days from the date of order to delivery.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed.
When your parcel is ready to ship, a tracking number will be sent and delivery will be via DPD or DHL on a 3 – 5 working day service.
Orders placed over a weekend or after midday (Mon – Fri) will be processed on the next business day.

Busy periods: During sale events or Black Friday, please allow 5 – 7 working days for processing and delivery.

We start preparing orders immediately and can’t make changes once placed.

You can either refuse the parcel on delivery for a refund or accept delivery and return the item(s) for a refund

Return shipping for correctly supplied goods is the customer’s responsibility. You can update delivery preferences with the courier once your parcel is in transit.
