Once purchased, you will receive your Gift Card via Email which you can forward or share with a friend, loved one or family member.
*Please be aware, we do not send physical Gift Cards.
Mallet London Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout - simple!
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
So, if you are shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them, give them the gift of their choice with a Mallet London gift card.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can only be redeemed on the store it was purchased from (eu.mallet.com).
EU Dispatch
Orders deliver within 3 – 5 working days (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays).
Shipping
Free tracked delivery with DPD or DHL on all EU orders over €200 & €10 for orders under €200
Tracking
Tracking number emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.
How long for my EU online order to arrive?
We quote 3 – 5 working days from the date of order to delivery.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed.
- When your parcel is ready to ship, a tracking number will be sent and delivery will be via DPD or DHL on a 3 – 5 working day service.
- Orders placed over a weekend or after midday (Mon – Fri) will be processed on the next business day.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders immediately and can’t make changes once placed.
You can either refuse the parcel on delivery for a refund or accept delivery and return the item(s) for a refund
Return shipping for correctly supplied goods is the customer’s responsibility. You can update delivery preferences with the courier once your parcel is in transit.
Customs & Duties
Any customs duties, import taxes or export fees are payable by the customer. Please check local regulations before ordering.

We can only accept returns or exchanges for Mallet footwear purchased directly from our website. For authorised stockists, please contact the retailer you purchased from. This does not affect your statutory rights.
